Those two independent directors, recently appointed, saw something they did not like and walked.

I tried to raise alarm bells 6 months ago, when this company was trying to raise $100M for its Morilla production, but was attacked by the resident rampers on this forum.

Well, the charade is now over. Guess those rampers are gone with their profits. Only you guys left holding the bag.

Looks like this company is going to bleed a lot more cash.

Whether the taint from this company will take down LLL with it, remains to be seen.
