yup, I've just come across this same point about the exception to the escrow shares! Looks like they know something about getting their LLL shares out of escrow using this nice little clause 'scheme of arrangement or takeover'. Not only have they trashed FFX but now LLL. too. The fact that the director who reassured the market only a week ago walked is hair-raising, not just CR. Have lost a bomb in this lemon and expect more bad news.
