on the one hand, I think it is good to raise additional $$ now (via the entitlement offer at $0.22) to be able to ride out a potentially more severe stock market crash over the next months/years (where raising cash will be much more complicated and costly). on the other hand, how can they raise that when we trade below these 22c (people could buy cheaper on the market)? Would be good to hear from the company how they plan to cope with a major recession/crash.

...well, fundamentals (in terms of our project/metals) haven't changed - the crux is to ride out this massive crisis with a resilient business plan IMHO. the world needs our metals!
