so in your view, every house is the same size world wide, every one is in the same condition, on the same size block, all are in prime locations next to schools, shops, public transport..... and all are about the same price.....
the housing debate from the other side appears to be all theory.....or hyperthetical....
try using some real facts, for this debate....check the house prices in 10 very different suburbs, and you will find a range of prices within each suburb...and a huge variance from suburb to suburb...
