Lessons:
1. The instos are investing your superannuation, not their own money.
2. Instos will prop up the board and management.
3. Do not invest in small oil and gas companies. Even those with a multi billion dollar market cap (e.g. Beach) struggle to pay a dividend due to amount spent on exploration, development and massive salaries out of whack with other equivalent industries e.g. mining. In addition, the performance share issues to management are … well - make up your own mind.
