The sooner the vote opens, the better IMO. I just wish we could tell Pfizer to Pfar cough (and charge them for doing so), and get the BOD to do what they are paid to do, which is to run the company for the benefit of shareholders, and to get the professor's work out there saving lives. From previous experience, the BOD working for Pfizer contrary to the interests of shareholders whilst being paid by shareholders (given the conspicuous absence of revenue) may well be construed as fraud.
