@db25 from watching the latest vidoes I believe the financial model will be Q4 as part of the implementation phase before FID as they are going out to market to get competitive tenders to get "real market" pricing as oppose to the standard DFS type estimates from engineering firms. i believe this will encourage companies to give there best price knowing full well who ever offers the best pricing will likely get the build contract.
