Maybe a solution could be:
- Lift suspension for 1 day of trading. This will allow those who have given up hope to sell and drive the SP into the ground.
- Resume suspension to allow current BOD time for dealing with regulators/clearance and production issues.
- Lift suspension again for 1 day of trading with abovementioned sellers frozen out.... surely not unfair given sentiment.
- Get on with business.
The investigations can then continue in the background and those advocating class actions and the like can go down that path.
ps I'll be hanging around for point 3
Do I realise this can't happen?... of course!!! But surely an interesting and provocative proposal??
Good luck to us all.
