ERJ has been in a long halt and a backlog of news has been building

I would wager that had we resumed trading and ERJ had not made any announcements we would all now be screaming for management to say something lol

If as you suggest these announcements are helping to stop the rot, then thats ok by me.

The last 3 announcements have been deemed price sensitive and as such perhaps continuous disclosure rules come into play.

I dont want to be seen as an apologist for management, i think they are doing a good job so far. My only criticism would be that they turned up in the US with a non compliant document.

Regardless of s/t sp movements, i think the company is moving solidly in the right direction
