    >No , I'm just quoting !It's established fact that both solar and wind substantially cheaper than coal .
Well as per your example, the standards for establishing that fact seem somewhat loose.

It was an established fact for thousands of years that the sun revolved around the earth. Did it, for all of that time?

You're linking me to news reports of other reports. Not even the reports.

Is a positive spin on the Irena study.

Let's look at the Irena study. I won't go through the whole thing with you because I am certain you have not read it.

So basically, the "global costs" have gone down because a country who can legally pay people $14 USD a day have started to adopt it.

China is exceptionally good at trade. They haven't made an investment in "wind energy", they've made an investment in "nanufacturing wind energy capture devices because they are an in demand manufactured product".

Similarly to the wikipedia link you provided, the IEA make the came to the conclusion on it being "cheap" using "the estimates of the global costs of Co2 emission". When they discuss dollars per gwh you will note.. its.. because.. of.. subsidies.

It's not cheaper if taxpayers are funding it. Coal isn't actually more expensive due to government regulations.

This article has minimal facts, it simply has people saying it's cheaper. I don't care about expert opinion, I care about hard numbers.
I note they do link to bloomberg energy who, as we note above, includes "potential costs of more atmospheric CO2" in their cost modelling.

    >How about now YOU provide me with a reputable sourcing saying they aren't cheaper !
Ah, well there you go. "reputable source". Will it be the case that every source who says "it isn't cheaper" coincidentally isn't reputable?

Try this article. Pretty reasonable, I dunno. I don't really read opinion pieces, for the most part. I read reports.

I'm interested in numbers, my friend.

How many windmills does Australia need to meet 2022 power needs?
