i am certain Sultan have reasons for doing what they have done. be it positive or negative all depends on where your sitting.

these guys have been around for a long time and from where im sitting everything is falling into place rather nicely.

if they decide to do another raising that aint so bad. just buy more. doesnt anyone want to make money anymore??

not everyday you get to purchase a profitable mining company for 1.4c i saw about 10-20 stocks go from 1-4c to 20-30-40c last year and they are still explorers.
