Agree with you about TAS hitting $2 mark if they manage a hit.
The quarterly report was encouraging.
Of particular note:
New Iron-Oxide Copper-Gold-Uranium system (IOCGU or Olympic Dam-style) discovered in Tasmans first drill hole at Vulcan Prospect, 30km north of Olympic Dam.
The discovery hole hit IOCGU-style veined, brecciated and altered rocks over 240m despite being drilled on the outer margin of the main gravity target of interest.
Assay results confirm enriched, strongly correlated levels of iron (-oxide), copper, gold and uranium and silver (IOCGU metal association).
Tasman has commenced a program of further geological and geophysical work and resolution of an access issue to enable drilling to resume early- to mid- 2010.

Robert Smith was the chief geologist at Olympic Dam for 6 years and was part of the team that discovered Olympic Dam. He's particularly excited about the Vulcan Prospect.
As reported in the press recently, TAS has sufficient funds for the next round of drilling at Vulcan.
Should they come up with anything decent, the sp will go for a strong run.
One has to remember last time TAS came out with low grade results at Vulcan the sp doubled to 22c. Imagine the potential for sp appreciation should the grades be higher this time.
Anyway, TAS has held up well today considering market volatility.
I might also add that TAS also has significant stakes in FIS and EDE which might increase cash levels if required.
As Aaron has already informed me there's no need to raise more cash until after the drilling at Vulcan.
..And as far as heritage issues are concerned TAS has the backing of the Government. As stated recently by its Resources Minister, Vulcan looks very encouraging.
TAS is confident of moving ahead with its drilling program in Apr 10.
