So just on the " we are doing this and we are doing that" theme.

Hoping to really piss off those that don't see a link , or think it is not important that a business needs to be successful and more importantly profitable for sustained share price appreciation, thought I would add to "this and that". We know the drilling side of the business is going gangbusters ( delay in well 4 not withstanding) with Flames about to commence flowback. But before we can have drilling, we need leasing.

Below is the 3rd most recent page of Black Mesa leasing in SWISH, most of which is Section 3, 1S-3W which is the Flames DSU. Section 12, 1S-3W is the Jewell DSU, and Section 25, 36 are leases added to the Rangers DSU. The page encompasses 15 individual leasing agreements over a 2.5 month period in early Jan 2022 to mid March 2022. There are no lease acquisitions outside additions to current DSU's

The next page is the latest leasing page. There has been a noticeable pick up in leasing activity 15 separate leasing agreements in just over one month.

We have continued leasing in Section 3, 1S-3W and leasing in Section 10, 1S-3W which is the other part of the Flames DSU. Of interest is leasing in section 19, 1S-2W, which is a new leasing area in Carter county, in the "range" immediately west of where Jewell and Flames are... and a new lease in Section 10, 1S-6W, which is in Stephens county, 2" ranges" west of the Rangers DSU. BRK have never leased this acreage before.

The importance of the current leasing activity is not only to solidify acreage in existing DSU's, but also potential formation of new DSU's. These new leases may not necessarily mean much, as BRK also trade acreage to enhance their current DSU ownership. However, and this is the critical point here, with acreage in SWISH being scarce and getting more expensive, the fact the BRK are VERY OPERATIONALLY SUCCESSFUL, with a bucket load of cash and significant growing cashflow, unlike previously they can now compete for acreage they want/ need to build the business further...... at a pace they determine whilst concurrently funding the Sycamore development drilling program.

    Cheers

    Dan
