    Not exactly Sskim.

    CDU didn't just "have 50m in their coffers", they are expected to spend 50m over the entire course of the drilling which was was about 2.8 years +

    A quick view of a CDU quarterly in June 2006 tells one CDU had about 650k in the coffers at the time it launched from 30c to 6$ +

    They managed to do it through options being exercized, and many small incremental placements as the price rose.
