No, but for those that already had shares could have been selling yesterday and today if they wanted to - out of their existing holdings. Thankfully most of this raising went to cornerstone ($15mill) and directors ($845,000) so that's around $16 million of the $25mill that won't be coming back to the market any time soon. As for the other $9mill, we can only guess how much of that might be sold near term. A fair bit went to top 20 who hopefully will hold most of their allocation.
It's good to know that no more cr's are needed to get into production so there may be less incentive to flip with no more cr's for the flippers to buy back in again later and one less reason for other holders to sell, for the same reason. So hopefully we churn through however many do get sold more quickly this time.
