Why cannot both discussions be held simultaneously? I know they were with my daughter. The fact remains that no sex is the best protection but I think the point being made is why give away a special moment that you will never have again just for the cheap thrill. Why not wait until you are in love so the experience can be shared on an emotional level rather than just on a physical gratifying level?
There was no age specification or marriage mentioned, just that it shouldn't be given away cheaply or at least that would be his advice to his daughters if asked. Good advice to me and to think otherwise is simply putting your political favour ahead of common sense.
