I wonder if ORD can borrow the money from a chinese bank (cheap interest rates) through the chinese company if they are hungry for resources they may help structure the loan until the mine gets going, does anyone know if this is allowed? anyway I am holding ORD and PEN at the moment with no attention of selling, sold my other shares it will be interesting to see what happens tonight in America.
