IMO, we should not only vote down that 104.6m Options, but also vote down the 13m shares & options to Su, Netherway and Zaninovich. All of these Options and shares are equivalent to around 13% of per share TO money. What's the point of giving away 13% of your profit to those who ripped us off through this "daylight robbery" CR?
