The Headline CPI is 9.1 and no one in the street had an estimate that high.
Also, core CPI month on month 0.7. We were expecting 0.5.
More inverted yield curve.
So much for transitory inflation. Please read my previous post and see whether what I have said a few months ago makes sense or not
Expect another 75 basis point hike in July. Chances are at least another 50 possibly another 75 in September.
