CN's have 18 mths time IF they are converted
CN's are paid back at FACE VALUE $25K if not converted within 18 mths
IMO:
CN's are essentially guaranteed by SHAREHOLDERS FUNDS and are a LIABILITY to the balance sheet
CN's have and are a complete DISASTER for shareholders and indicate how DIRE their FINANCIAL POSITION is!!!
