Of course they're hiding it. The strategic review will never be released publicly. It (hopefully) represents a valuable strategic asset. It will describe the company's weaknesses and failings as well as its achievements and strengths. Revealing it would hand strategic and tactical advantages to competitors who could then exploit the material in the review.
The closest you will come to seeing what's in the review will be when the company announces it is taking actions "in line with the strategic review". Or there might be an announcement of a "strategic realignment" or "new strategic focus".
