if this was any other coy the s/h would be screaming - but everyone loves these guys. i think they are doing a good job also.

I note that most CSG coys have fallen hard over last few days, with the exception being AOE and BOW.

But this allocation of FREE Options is cynical and frankly greedy. They did it because they can (and get away with it).

Importantly, in my view, It serves no proper purpose for the s/h or the company.

Someone said earlier, at the minimum, that it is a CR at $2.00 - but its not. BOW will only raise that capital IF the Options vest, and IF the Directors exercise the Options - and they will only exercise IF the SP is above $2 !

How come s/h were not offered Options under these terms?
