If things were as believed by long term shareholders that AVZ holds 75%, what would be a good offer? $1, $2, $3, or more per share? As a shareholder that has bought into the company around the .04c range as I have would probably be more inclined to go forth with a deal at those share prices, but, others who bought in at closer range as the share price is now would not be. The offer would have to be substantial to include future revenues/expansions and etc. I would like to make more than 5 figures on my investment that I have been holding for years. Preferably 6 figures or a dreamy 7 figure. Just my thoughts. GLTA.

AVZ are selling 24% of the asset for US$240m. Based on this 24%, let's be a little generous and value the entire asset at US$1b (AUD$1.48b). = Value of the asset / shares on issue x current AVZ ownership % = 1.48b / 3.5b * 0.75 = AUD$0.31
