Since I've no idea what your 'find' is, it is difficult to comment.
However, if the information is damaging to GIP and so to ourselves, and you are not sure of its accuracy, then you should take great care before giving it a wider audience.
In the same circumstances, I would do the same as you and send it to Gippsland for their attention, but I wouldn't have made such a post on HC.
I heard that JT is overseas, so you might not get an immediate response, since, I imagine, only he could comment or take any necessary action.
