Yeah I think these reports are borderline misleading with the headline new ARR number because they aren’t disclosing lost ARR. (sometimes referred to as customer churn)
The real number aren’t until page 6 showing current ARR.
I thought this might have been due to late in the Q deals being signed but it is consistent every report.
So lost ARR vs gain ARR is the real metric.
Happy to hear opinions on this.
