You're right about the French.... they surrendered and they still cop flack for that 70 yrs on! Thankfully, Germany lost the war in the end.

You say people like us who keep promoting this war are a part of the problem. So supporting a country which is being invaded by it's communist neighbour, who is relentlessly targeting civilian infrastructure is contributing to a "problem"? We should all just back off and let Russia have it's way. Is that what you suggest?
What kind of patriot would you be if your home country was invaded? Or would you just roll over? Sounds to me like you wouldn't have the stomach for a fight.
