Yeh, it’s very sad to see a company go bankrupt after keep running for 20 years, but that’s what happens when the CEO dreams too big and lack of business sense
I think the board is following the review’s instruction to fight for survival.
* replaced CEO
* replaces CFO from pet food shop(for cheaper salary?)
* Former CFO jump to a competitor's company
* Selling the one of the “main” business -space
They don’t have much choice now, if they can’t repair their cash flow they would have to facing bankruptcy. (they have huge unpaid debit)
