I assume timing for rise is likely to be between now and Nov's supreme leader bake in or a little after, once zero COVID is abandoned and a gentler kinder pro life / pro business with no knee jerk lock downs will transpire.

The falling long term bond rates may allow China to reduces its long term rates as risk of capital flight is lessened. This could be giant for IO.

So much stimulus. I like this.

Overnight the markets are already responding to the "good news"
