    LIS was spun out of PPK and is wedded to PPK via purchase contracts for the BNNT they use in their batteries. PPK also effectively manage their "back office" admin duties.

    They also own ~50% of LIS shares on issue. At the current respective market caps it appears the market is ascribing a value to the entire PPK organisation cheaper than their LIS holding.
