I believe the truth is speaking out loud with the acquisition.
One of the biggest problems is politics in the workplace, Dean use to be in Arrow, left, became top dog and managing DRE. from 0.2c to ~4c, he has done very well. now he is taking on Arrow old tenements and a GEO.
What does this mean?
Well for what i see, Dean probably had ideas when working at Arrow but was either not listen to or the people above him did not know what they were doing. Dean left, made a name for himself in a short time, such as becoming on the board to CAD and now taking over Arrow's old tenements and a Geo followed.
Personally i think it is an F*** You back to what ever politics was left behind at Arrow and making the point that they should have listen to him in the first place.the best revenge is to be successful.
