the Morrison Govt neglected our relationships with Pacific Is. nations and allowed China to make their overtures and inroads into the Pacific.

it was vitally important to reduce China's influence and Albanese/Wong/Conroy have done excellent work - even reassuring the Solomon's Sogavare sufficient to re-gain a friendship status, thus reducing China's opportunity.

imagine if Morrison had kept Govt..... China would, very likely, have managed that group agreement without resistance.
