I take back what I wrote. I was wrong. I think the company has combined a number of transactions in one.

First part is the creation of shares for the gold tenement in NSW (6,000,000 shares)

Then there are two Salinas references:

315,038 shares for tenement (Granitos Salinas)

and

315, 038 for tenement (Carlos Omeles)

The ANN on Wednesday didn't give any detail about what we were paying for the option agreement. I assume this means we paid 630,000 shares for the land (pretty cheap deal IMO assuming there's no other cash involved).
