The global population is totally irrelevant because they won't be buying Australian IO. The developing world (apart from China) has access to massive IO deposits. But most posters seem to ignore this inconvenient fact.
The $105 average was boosted by two huge Chinese construction stimulus packages in 2008-12 and 2020-21 and small package this year.. Once the stimulus ends the price quickly collapses.
