With record sales but lower profit, KMD’s EBITDA margin dropped from 12.9% to 9.5% and also they’re carrying higher inventory levels. Seems like retailers are needing to discount more to get sales, which puts pressure on profitability.
Will be interesting to see how Accent fares.
