As for the comparison you’ve probably picked the worst case you can find. Great, there is bound to be poorly executed operations and it sounds like the one you’ve picked jumped the gun and submitted their PEPR about 18 months too early which would just increase the to snd throw paperwork massively for everyone involved.

Just my thoughts, but did you intentionally set out to be as negative as possible by any chance?

Im sure there are cases that read the totally opposite to the one you quote.
