Here's my list of potential bad events:

* the entire SA management team fly to Davos in the corporate jet, which then crashes into a mountain. A new SA management team is installed and decides to write off their investment in safe needles & rips up their contract/agreement with Unilife?

* an asteroid the size of Unlife's new production facility falls on the site, delaying works by x months?

* a vexatious patent law suit?

I could think of others but thats enough for now....
