Shareholders will be left with nothing but Larry and his long time mates will be very wealthy.
He admitted to being buddues with Ezra and Libdenberg for twenty years and mates with Charlie from Sezzle for several years.
I just find it very interesting that two Australian boys set up in the USA with majority of founding investment from Australian Pty's
Quadpay was virtually insolvent when Zip paid them the equivalent of a billion dollars and Ezra and Libdenberg were falling over themselves to dump the Zip shares even to the point of suing the broker for not selling them quick enough.
If anyone is looking for funding for a tech company it would be an interesting exercise to investigate who the individuals behind these PTY companies are as they are obviously cashed up and made many multiples of their initial investment.
