My gut tells me that that 3M is smoothing over any kinks on either their offer, contract or giving themselves time to complete a rigorous due diligence. My question to the sage investors here is, Would OBJ be obliged to release info to the ASX about their pricing or venture arrangements? It may well be that 3M is assessing what OBJ is asking for from 3M and that they would like to negotiate a deal that favours 3M. Thoughts?
