Ann: Changes to Board, page-35

For those like me who don't/didn't know who Mark Caruso is.
The more I have researched our new CEO Mark Caruso the more interesting ....for me he has become.
He did the deal with Twiggy Forrest when as Allied boss in 2003......from "The Comeback Kid"

He had also been Chairman/CEO or otherwise involved with ASX MRC since ~ 2000 as well.

These are the sort people TSC need.....this guy knows how to get things done.

As reported in MRC March 2022 1/4.....MRC as part of Caruso termination 'remuneration' package....
relinquished all Aust. exploration tenements in April 2022 as part of settlement with former CEO.
I'm not going to put my left one on this but.....this is what I recon

This prospect is 'fairly' advanced in so far as MRC haven't done anything recently....for obvious reasons now.

Then there is this....I've seen the ann photos of the nuggets....


I'm guessing here.... but I think with good reason that these are at least 2 of the projects the 3 Amigo's bring.
Mark Caruso....for whatever reason...our greenfield tenements/Rio/NSW tenements...????
Maybe he's just really angry how he was treated at MRC..?

This guy is a doer from the ground up,well connected,RUNS ON THE BOARD.
From me to Mark....welcome aboard...good luck to us all
