The fundamental problem with GOR is they paid 2 cents a year ago, then paid a measly half a cent, after they had told shareholders it was company policy to pay out dividends when the company held over 100 million in reserves . But they did a back flip on this board stated company policy , and started attempting and doing takeovers , now they got 160 million , and no talk of dividends,So the shareholders get stuff-all and directors still get bonus shares. This all in a backdrop of spending 18-to 20 million a year in exploration unsuccessfully locating an Eldorado
