As some of us have been saying for sometime the consolidation of all assets in the Gum Creek/ Gidgee area would be synergistic for both the HRN and GML shareholders.
Reducing the shares on issue brings GML more in line with HRN making either a takeover or merger a more equal split in anticipation of an upward RE rating in the GML SP in Q3 as the increase in MRE is announced.
Bottom line is management is attempting to increase the value of the assets for all SH's so why become an obstruction to their plans.
If you don't like the strategy or the asset potential then you should exit.
