Guesses, is all I have.

1.They are in negotiations with someone for something that could substantially change Authier and want to conclude prior to release.
2. The contractor who is delivering the PFS is late and Sayona does not want to throw them under the bus.
3. Some aspect of the quarry needed to be changed after PFS was completed and now has to be re-evaluated.
4. Waiting on a decision on funding by Canadian Government
5. They are waiting on the 3800 vs 4200 decision
6. They know we are waiting and want to give us all indigestion.

Although I absolutely hate waiting, I have been through this with several other lithium mines that I hold. I can not think of one that has not had similar issues making their appointed timelines. All have eventually come good though, so that give me some amount of conviction that Sayona will as well.
