thanks Andrew. i guess the indirect question i am asking here is: is there any reason for a current shareholder to buy on market prior to the SPP? What conditions can possibly cause a shareholder to do this?
Maybe demand from current holders is so excessive that there is a concern of a scale back of applications. I hope. But unlikely.
