It's interesting that all of the commentary is assuming A2M is desperate to be a part of the FDA approvals?!? I wouldn't imagine this at all - if it happens, it happens but not at the expense of other more profitable and sustainable markets. I'm with
@werdplaya58 - A2M has not said it will drop everything and divert its inventory to the US as it has commitments in other markets. Subject to availability they'd be happy to supply the US market but it would also need to be on favourable terms (appropriate margins, some indication of ongoing supply opportunity etc).
I've seen a lot of talk that Bubs and others have been guaranteed a permanent place in the US market but have seen no evidence of this, just that it will extend past Sept and possibly past Nov but don't underestimate the power of a long held duopoly in a country that would claim to have invented capitalism (spoiler - it was actually The Scots as were most of the inventions Americans claim as their own).
