Good question re SPP price.
Few current shareholders will buy now. If they wait the SPP maybe below todays price of 11 cents. CTO is going broke as around $900,000 left in kitty and falling.
They will have to have a low price offered to get the take up needed to keep going as SPP shares sold now will dilute the sp badly.
