There are a lot of quality posters on this thread that do quite extensive research on not only PEN but the nuclear industry/outlook in general. I have many stocks and I would say that the PEN thread is by far the best researched stock.
So to come out and say posters are unscrupulous is out of line I would say.
The SP hasn't risen from .03 since the capital raising for no reason or on spec alone, this company has and continues to progress toward their stated objectives and the market recognises this.
If you're gonna denigrate posters in general then it's best you be specific and identify the ramping, apart from a friendly joke about the SP moving up or people voicing their hopes for this stock, I haven't seen evidence of blatant ramping.
