Everyone should be happy with the ASIC enquiry why wouldn't you be?
would it be better in your view if boards were allowed to make any claim they liked without any watchdog to hopefully stop them fleecing people like Successwillcome and gccc12?
personally if those two got fleeced it wouldn't be a real problem its the real ma and pa and small investors out there that I hope are looked after...
