Agree with all you have said and will add FAR JV interest with ROC/CNOOC was 5% which in real terms, once it was to go commercial, was 2.5% as CNOOC would have taken the 51% of the project.
So in those days we have to remember there were a couple of other things happening that created the interest and the JV with ROC that you mentioned was part of it.
Goes to show what this stock can do when the windows all line up, as they seem to be doing again this year.
