NZT respectfully please stop banging this drum ... we know your views, they are valid, but its on repeat. Your messages are always well written and logical, but monotonous ... we got the message.

I am sure the Board do too. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the HC and after-hours complaining from unknown others wore down Richard and could have encouraged him to resign ... what a shot in the foot that is ... they guy that knows the most about our strategy is leaving. Who is replacing him is yet to be determined, but poor SH behaviour surely can't help?? How about encouraging these guys instead.

If they are going to sell the story they will do it when they are ready and not before, no matter how much complaining is going on.

... and for clarity I don't want to change the Board or team further ... I am waiting for the news like all of us.

I know your posts come from the passion to see the value not squandered, hope you can handle my candour mate. Again, this is not personal, just my view.

... now I wait with ZEN like calm and stoicism.
