    According to the PFS on 5/7/21 the capital cost is estimated to be between $572m and $675m with first shipment scheduled for late 2024. This would suggest the majority of the cost would be funded by new capital. The share price at that time was 8.1 cents. Any thoughts on the reason for the sharp decline in prospects that has caused the share price to be decimated?
